Thomas Kennedy Jr Executive Officer, USMC 1990-1994 USMCR 1994-1996 California Army National Guard 2009-2017. I like to help veterans learn about their benefits and get answers for them and show them the path. I am also a recovering alcoholic, and I am here to help anyone who would like to get on the road to recovery. It is my way of giving back what I have received. I joined the Military to serve my country and I joined the DAV to serve the Veteran community
